Refund policy
After receiving the product, you have a 14-day period as stipulated by law to inspect it. If you wish, you may return the product within this time frame.
When returning the package, please make sure to include the name of the buyer and the order number.

If the product is non-compliant or defective, you have the right to request a replacement with a compliant and defect-free product. If the product batch is sold out, we will refund your money. Shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be covered by TRADELINK (Japan Lifestyle OÜ).
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged (including damaged packaging) are not eligible for return unless the damage occurred during transportation. In such cases, a corresponding note must be made on the delivery document upon receipt of the goods from the courier or at the postal office, or TRADELINK must be immediately informed of the receipt of goods with damaged packaging from the parcel locker.
Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided the goods are returned to us within the same period.
