Why should I buy products from your store?
All of our products come directly from Japan and are made from pure, high-quality ingredients. We partner with small Japanese producers who put their heart into creating the premium quality Japan is renowned for worldwide.
How fast will I receive my order?
We ship your order no later than the next day. If there is any delay, we will inform you via email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to a parcel locker costs €3.60. For orders over €59, shipping is free.
What if my package is damaged or the contents are incorrect?

I placed the wrong order by mistake. What should I do?

Can the products survive extreme cold or heat in parcel lockers?
For peace of mind during extreme weather, we recommend using indoor Itella Smartpost lockers.
Is international shipping available?
We currently only ship within Estonia, but plan to expand to Finland and the Baltics soon.
How can I get and use discount coupons?
Discounts are available through various promotions and our newsletter (subscribe by providing your email).

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@jaapanitoit.ee, and we’ll investigate.
What if I couldn’t complete my order due to a technical issue?
