Fukamushi Kakegawa sencha
Fukamushi Kakegawa sencha
Expertly crafted by master Koyanagi Kazumasa, this Japanese green tea from the renowned Shizuoka tea region offers a fresh and aromatic experience. With a mild grassy flavor and subtle bitter undertones, it's no surprise that Kazumasa has been recognized with a gold medal at the Japanese tea masters' competition.
Preparation:
Take 1 tablespoon (approx. 8 g) of tea leaves per 240 ml of hot water.
Pour water at 70-80°C over the tea. The flavor nuances will vary depending on the temperature. Let the tea steep for about 40 seconds, then pour out.
You can brew up to three infusions from the same tea leaves. After each infusion, empty the teapot. If the tea leaves remain in the water for too long, Japanese tea will lose its beautiful color and delicate flavor.
Note: Keep the tea in a sealed bag to preserve its taste and aroma!
